Pre Sales Executive (MDM Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled IT Consultant/Executive with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Expertise. The candidate should have a 0.5-2 years of experience on any MDM Tool ( Soti, Vmware, Jumpcloud, Microsoft-Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, IBM, ScaleFusion etc..) and with a strong focus on Deployment and Provisioning of Android & Windows devices projects.Experience/Skill on ABM,Microsoft Autopilot, Android ZTE are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and manage MDM/UEM solutions focus on Windows and Android.
  2. Deploy and configure Corporate policies on Apple /Windows/Android devices ensuring seamless integration and functionality with MDM tools.
  3. Develop and maintain policies for device management, security, and compliance on Client request.
  4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MDM and Apple device-related issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and management of devices.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and Apple device management.
  7. Maintain Healthy Relationship with MDM vendor.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  2. 0.5 -2 years of hands-on experience on any MDM Project.
  3. Strong expertise in deploying and managing Apple, Windows devices.
  4. Experience with device enrolment, configuration profiles, and security policies.
  5. Knowledge of networking, security protocols, Basic of Cyber Security and device encryption.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  7. Relevant certifications in MDM and Apple device management are advantage for this profile.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Tele Calling:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IT security services.
  2. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and requests to maintain business relationships.
  3. Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  4. Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions in the CRM system.
2 Back Office Administration:
  1. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and managing client databases.
  2. Prepare and send professional emails to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  3. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requirements and service requests.
  5. Manage and track inventory, billing, and invoices for clients.
3 Client Communication:
  1. Address customer queries and provide basic information regarding IT security solutions.
  2. Assist clients with any post-sales inquiries or requests.
4 Support Operations:
  1. Assist in organizing and maintaining records of company documents, files, and processes.
  2. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and excellent professional email writing abilities.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT security services (preferred).
  4. Administrative Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in managing databases or CRMs.
  5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  6. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  7. Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle customer inquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach.
